Beginner Yoga

No experience necessary, yet this series will appeal to those with experience as well.
With a concentration on proper alignment to assist with safe postures, this series of 6 classes (1 per week) will build confidence & strength in your yoga practice. Featuring small class sizes, the Beginner Yoga Series can be tailored to YOUR needs.

Yoga for Flexibility & Arthritis

Through this slower paced yoga practice, deep connective tissue, fascia & ligaments are lengthened gently and safely. Poses are designed to allow these tissues to release tension and gain flexibility. During this 6 week session (1 class per week), you will find that this Yoga practice is an excellent choice for enhancing mobility, relieving stress & decreasing muscle & joint pain issues.
