COVID

1. Layout of the yoga area has been revised to allow 6ft distance between each of you.
2. All props & mats will be wiped down with Lysol/Chlorex (or similar) recommended wipes routinely. Washroom will be available & wiped down/cleaned between classes. Frequently touched surfaces will be wiped down routinely.
3. I will provide ALL mats & props for our practice. 

• There will be no hands-on assists.
• If you are not feeling well or have been near someone feeling unwell, I request that you text me & refrain from attending class that day. In response I will reimburse you the cost of that class via e-transfer or credit this missed class to the next available session. This is my commitment to you.
• Please bring only essentials with you.
• Class size will be maximum of 4.
